Clean Audio

Clean Audio removes background noise from voices, splits songs into vocals and music or into stems, and pulls out any sound you describe.

Clean a file

Open Clean Audio in the sidebar.
Choose a mode (see below).
Add your file: drag it onto Drop an audio or video file, or choose Choose file.
Set the options on the right.
Choose the button at the bottom. It is named after the mode, for example Remove background noise.

The file uploads, then the job starts. You can leave the page. The result appears under Your files.

Mode	What it does	You get
Remove background noise	Keep only the voice: noise, music and room sound removed. Works on video too.	Clean voice, plus Clean video for video files
Vocals and music	Split a song into the singing and the instrumental.	Vocals and Music
Split into stems	Vocals, drums, bass and other instruments, or 6 stems with guitar and piano.	One file per stem
Isolate a sound	Describe any sound, like a dog barking or applause, and pull it out.	The sound, and Everything else

Video files work in every mode. The audio is taken out first.

Sound to isolate (Isolate a sound): describe the sound, or pick an example: a person speaking, dog barking, applause, birds singing, car horn, acoustic guitar.
Stems (Split into stems):
- 4 stems: Vocals, Drums, Bass, Other instruments
- 6 stems: Vocals, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano, Other instruments
Return the video too (Remove background noise): for video files, you also get the same video with the clean audio. On by default.

Charged per minute of your file, rounded up (minimum 1 credit):

If the job fails, your credits are refunded.

Use Remove background noise for speech. Use Vocals and music for songs.
For Isolate a sound, keep the description short and concrete, like "dog barking".
Trim long files to the part you need to save credits.
Clean a recording before Transcribe or Voice Cloning for better results.
