Billing
Billing shows your plan, lets you buy credits, and lists everything this workspace has paid for. Open Billing in the sidebar, under Workspace.
Prices are in US dollars.
Current plan
At the top you see your plan, and Credits left: the workspace's balance right now.
- On the free plan: "10,000 credits once, at sign-up". Those credits are for personal projects. Top up whenever you need more, or choose a monthly plan.
- On a paid plan: the plan's credits a month, its price a month, and Renews on date. It keeps renewing every month until you cancel.
- Just after paying: "Your plan starts as soon as the payment clears. Credits arrive with it."
- After cancelling: the plan is marked Ending, with "Your plan ends on date, then this workspace goes back to Free."
Plans
Four monthly plans:

- Choose Choose plan on the one you want.
- Your current plan is marked Current plan and says "This is your plan."
- To move to a different plan, cancel the one you're on first. The cards say "Cancel plan first to change plan."
Plan credits arrive each month and reset at renewal: the unused part of last month's plan credits is removed when the new month's arrive.
Credit top-ups
A one-off pack of credits, on any plan, including the free one:

Choose Buy credits on the pack you want. Top-up credits stay in the workspace, while plan credits reset each month.
Paying
- Choose a plan or a pack.
- A secure card checkout opens. Your card details go to the payment provider, never to Cinara.
- Pay, and you come back to Billing with "Payment received. Your credits land in a moment."
Credits are granted when the payment clears, not when the checkout window closes, so they usually appear within seconds. Your balance at the top right updates when they arrive.
If you close checkout without paying, you see "Payment cancelled. Nothing was charged."
Cancel a plan
Choose Cancel plan under your current plan. The plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, then the workspace goes back to Free.
When a plan ends, the unused part of its plan credits is removed. Credits you bought as top-ups stay.
Purchases
Everything this workspace has paid for, newest first: when it happened, what it was (a plan or a pack of credits), its status and the amount.

| Paid | The payment cleared and the credits were granted. |
| Not finished | Checkout was started but never paid. Nothing was charged. |
| Failed | The payment didn't go through. Nothing was charged; try again. |
| Refunded | The payment was returned. |
Before your first purchase you see "Nothing bought yet. Plans and credit packs you buy show up here."
Who can buy
- Only a workspace owner or admin can buy credits, change plan or cancel. Other members see the page read-only, with "An owner or admin manages billing for this workspace."
- API keys can't buy anything. A key can read the workspace's billing state, but buying credits or changing plans needs someone signed in to Cinara. See API Keys.
Good to know
- One plan at a time per workspace.
- A failed payment leaves the purchase marked Failed and charges nothing.
- Credits never expire while the workspace is open, except plan credits, which reset each month.
